At Luna's Kitchen, we believe the best meals aren't "designed"—they're grown. Every morning, our team visits the local Encinitas farms to hand-select the produce that dictates our daily changing menu.
We honor the Italian tradition of simplicity: three or four peak-season ingredients, treated with respect, and served with warmth. Our sourdough starter has been alive for 40 years, traveling with Chef Rossi from Tuscany to the California coast.
